From the very first foal crop of Polish, European, Nations Cup and World Champion Ekstern, Wilga was the first to show to the world the fantastic breeding potential of her sire. In 2001, she won the reserve title at Bialka Spring Show, and was champion among the 2yo fillies both in Aachen Nations Cup and in the European Championships.
On her dam side, Wilga is part of the famous 'W' Michalów branch of the Szweykowska damline, the favorite line of last director Jaworowski. She traces to the US National Champion Mare Wizja, and to her dam Warmia, considered by polish breeders as the best daughters of phenomenal Comet.
Wilga is an elegant and refined mare with size, great body, great conformation and spectacular movements. A proven dam of champions, her first daughter Wilda by Gazal Al Shaqab, won notably the prestigious Nations Cup Bronze Medal and Polish Reserve Champion Mare title. Her son Willars by Al Maraam won the title of Top 5 Colt at the Bialka Spring Show, and her daughter Waranga by QR Marc finished in the class Top 3 both in Bialka show and at Polish Nationals in Janów.
